Welcoming New Swimmers to Your Club

Masters swimmers come in all shapes and sizes, ages and past swimming experience. Often they can be intimidated by groups of swimmers who have been training together for years. Both coaches and masters swimmers share the responsibilities of welcoming new members. USMS-certified Level 3 Masters coach and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer Terry Heggy has some suggestions for helping new members. Read it here.
