The Pacific Masters SCY Championship meet is set for April 12-14, 2019 at the George F. Haines International Swim Center in Santa Clara. We are ready to accept bids for pool and open water event hosts for the remainder of 2019. If your club is interested in scheduling a traditionally held or new event, please use the appropriate link provided below to submit the brief information we need to set the schedule and follow up with each host and their event(s).

As the Pacific Masters LCM and SCM Championship events have not been established, priority will be given to these events in the time period when they are typically held.

Please visit the Pacific Masters  Events Schedule to view events that have already been listed.

Contact the Scheduler for any other scheduling questions or concerns.
Transferring from One Club to Another

Swimmers occasionally need to transfer clubs. USMS and Pacific Masters have a required process for implementing those transfers. A swimmer may not have competed for their previous club for 60 days and a Club Transfer form must be filled out and sent to Chris Ottati. Transfer information and the transfer form can be found on our website.

If a swimmer would like to compete during this 60-day waiting period, the swimmer may do so but must first transfer to and compete as unattached during those 60 days.

A swimmer should only enter a meet as a member of the club for which they are registered. Registering under a different club does not transfer a swimmer and will cause problems when those results are loaded into the USMS database, The swimmer will end up receiving an email or phone call from Chris to resolve it. While Chris loves to talk to you all, it's generally not for this reason.
Save the Date for PacMasters Annual Celebration and Meeting
November 4

The date for this year's Annual Celebration and Meeting is November 4th. Be sure to mark it on your calendar. Three-time Olympian and five-time gold medalist Nathan Adrian will be our keynote speaker. He'll highlight a day of swim and dryland workouts and screening of the award-winning film, Kim Swims with its star Kim Chambers in attendance.

The celebration will include a delicious catered lunch and culminate with our annual meeting.

This event is free to Pacific Masters members. Watch for the opening of registration on October 1st. This is the 8th year of the annual celebration. If you've attended in the past you'll surely want to return. If you haven't been before, the celebration is a not-to-be-missed event.  Capacity is limited so plan to register early.
