New Kid on the Block

On February 11, The Albany Armada Masters put on its first-ever meet at the Richmond Swim Center. The brand-new pool was a sight to be seen. There is a six lane pool, a two lane pool, and two shallow pools, all connected. It's an indoor pool, but at the push of a button the roof opens up. The meet was extremely well run and the five "aquatic pentathlon" events went by very quickly. Here's hoping that this meet will become a regular part of our schedule.
