Online Assembly Registration Information
Online registration of voting members and visitors to the Assembly will open by Monday, March 7. Registration information and the link to register voting members and visitors, along with hotel reservation information, will be posted on our Assembly webpage. This information will also be mailed to all congregations and emailed to congregations, Rostered Ministers and those signed up to receive our synod e-news. Remember, payment of your assembly registration fee invoice did NOT register your voting members!
Assembly Registration Fees for the 2022 Synod Assembly
Congregational Registration Fee (maximum of 3 Voting Members)* - $550
*If not previously paid prior to February 28
Additional Congregational Voting Member - $120 per person
This includes those assigned to a congregation (over 3) and
additional Youth/Young Adult Voting Members
Specialized Ministry/On Leave from Call Rostered Minister Voting Member - $180
Retired Clergy/Deacon Elected Voting Member - $120

COVID-19 Protocols for ALL Attendees of the 2022 Pacifica Synod Assembly
Subject to change as local guidance is updated
We are committed to an event that works to keep participants safe and healthy as possible. ALL 2022 Synod Assembly attendees must provide proof of full COVID vaccination or negative test, as per Synod Council vote.
Full vaccination for this event is defined as both shots of Moderna/Pfizer vaccine or
1 shot of Johnson & Johnson, as well as any eligible boosters
(as appropriate for the individual’s age).
Persons 12 years and older are considered up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccination if they have completed a primary series of COVID-19 vaccine and have either received a booster shot or are not yet recommended to receive a booster dose according to current CDC guidance. Those less than 12 years of age are considered up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations if they have completed their primary series according to CDC guidance. Synod Assembly attendees will be asked to do one of the following when registering for the assembly:
- Upload proof of vaccination (photo of vaccination card or digital COVID-19 vaccine record) - PREFERRED
- Acknowledge they will show proof of vaccination upon arrival at the Synod Assembly.
- Acknowledge they will show proof of negative test upon arrival at the Synod Assembly. Test result may be from either PCR or antigen test, but self/home tests will not be accepted.

Assembly Hotel Reservations - Irvine Marriott
The 2022 Pacifica Synod Assembly will take place at the Irvine Marriott, located at 18000 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, CA 92612. A discounted rate of $149 per night for those attending the Assembly is available through April 27, 2022 or until the room block is depleted, whichever comes first. You are encouraged to reserve your rooms as soon as you are able.
