Important 2023 Pacifica Synod Assembly Registration Information
|
The 2023 Pacifica Synod Assembly will take place at Hope Lutheran Church in Palm Desert on Friday, May 5 (with the opening of the Assembly at 9 a.m.) and Saturday, May 6 (concluding by noon). Early registration and an opening reception will take place the evening of Thursday, May 4.
Last week, all congregations were sent information about congregational Assembly Voting Member registration. This mailing included the number of voting members assigned to your congregation, as well as an invoice to take advantage of the early congregational registration fee of $475 (for up to 3 voting members). To take advantage of this discount, the invoice must be paid by February 28. Beginning March 1, the congregational fee will increase to $525.
Fee reductions for smaller congregations may be requested. To do so, please contact Terri Robertson at terrirobertson@pacificasynod.org by February 28, 2023. Please note that fee reductions are based on financial data reported on your 2021 Congregational Report.
Online registration of all voting members and visitors to the Assembly will open in early March. Registration information and instructions will be emailed and mailed to all congregations prior to that time. Registration fees for other categories of attendees is as follows:
Additional Congregation Voting Member Assigned (over 3) - $100

The 2023 Synod Assembly Planning Team is working hard to have more information about the Assembly schedule, local hotel information, and other details available soon. Please visit our assembly webpage often to learn more.

Ever wish you had 'someone' who would listen? Are you curious about coaching? What impact would having a coach make? We invite you to learn more about how professional coaches provide you with that “someone” whose job it is to listen deeply, ask thought-provoking questions, and be there to celebrate your successes and personal growth. Join ICF Coaches Barbara Belon and Deenna Eley as they demystify coaching by comparing it to other similar roles, explain the coaching process and unique skills that coaches bring to ministry within the church.
