Max Merritt Wiring Harnesses

These are very nice assemblies for your restoration project. They have the period correct cloth insulated wiring and proper connectors. All connections are all shrink wrapped. These harnesses come with a complete wiring diagram and installation instructions.

1955-56 Packard Branded Unity Spot Light w/ mirror!! L & R Side Brackets!!

1955 - 1956 Packard Vintage Unity Brand spotlight with Bakelite handle, GE marking on the 12V bulb. The gears work as the light turns easily when the handle is cranked. This has been bench tested and the light and switch work great. The external wire has been rewired with cloth wrap wire. The light measures about 20" long (overall). The lens and spot mirror are 4" in diameter. This assembly is in excellent condition. The handle and mirror are not cracked. The chrome is in excellent shape. 

This comes with the Unity 105L and 105R mounting brackets for driver or passenger side mounting!! 

 THE 105R UNITY BRACKET IS VERY RARE!!

1929 Packard Boattail Speedster
This is a 1929 Boattail Speedster built on the 626 chassis and powered by a 640/645 Super Eight engine. This is the "Jesse Vincent II" version that we put together. We rebuilt the water pump core that we got from Max Merritt and put many other bits on the car that Max Merritt provided. We did a video segment with Jay Leno for his "Big Dog Garage" Internet show and you can view it by clicking the link above! Brewery planned for historic Packard Plant site in Detroit


DETROIT -- Detroit's historic Packard Plant site could house a brewery by 2019.

A "Packard Plant Brewery coming soon" sign was posted to a building in the 1600 E. Grand Blvd. block of the site. Kari Smith, development director for the group that acquired the massive, crumbling property in 2013, confirmed that an architectural team is in pre-development stages for the project, which will involve renovating the space into a restaurant and brewery. "We feel that having a local restaurant and brewery adds amenities to the area and offers space" for people visiting and taking photos of the former automobile plant, Smith said. "We're hoping it helps build some community around the project as well."

Construction is expected to begin in spring 2018 with an expected completion date in 2019.

Trippe Safety Light!! - 6V - w/ bumper bracket

Vintage Trippe Safety Light. Has been bench tested and is in good working order. 8" dia glass is in excellent condition. It has the Trippe center badging. It also has the rare "clip on" bezel. Includes the original bumper mounting bracket and hardware in very good shape. Chrome on bezels and buckets are in good shape. It has the original metal sheath wiring. This things looks awesome lit up!
