Can you believe it? We’re still wrapping our heads around the fact that we shattered our signature collection goal by working with Raise Up Massachusetts to collect 135,597 total signatures for Paid Family and Medical Leave. It’s clear that Massachusetts has spoken: the time for change is now.
We wanted to reach out and say thank you. We couldn’t have done this without all of you.
We’ve officially collected enough signatures to qualify our issues for the 2018 ballot. So what’s next? Over the next several months, the we have the opportunity to push the Massachusetts Legislature to pass Paid Family and Medical Leave. If the legislature does not act, we are one more small round of signature collection away from moving this question to the ballot in 2018.
