The PYNtern Program

For Rising 9th to 12th Graders

The PYNtern Program offers paid summer work experiences for high school students across Philadelphia. Participants build professional skills, explore career pathways, and earn up to $1,500 while gaining hands-on experience at worksites throughout the city.

This is more than a summer job — it’s a launchpad into the world of work.

Professional Pathways Program

For Youth 18+ with a High School Diploma

Professional Pathways connects young adults to career-aligned training, professional development, and hands on work experiences that open doors to career advancement and economic mobility.

Participants receive intensive career coaching, upskilling, and personalized job application support while earning up to $720 for their participation.
