Collaborate, Construct, Create Community kicked off this past Saturday with 175 local painters contributing their art. We have two more participation days left. Join us on Wednesday, April 12 from 2-6:30pm and on Saturday, April 15 from 10am-3pm. We will have a special Closing Ceremony on Saturday, April 15 at 3:30pm, in celebration of the completed artwall and World Art Day.
Collaborate, Construct, Create Community is a community art experience under the direction of Bay Area Artist Richard Art Felix and the EverybodyCanPaint Project. All members of the community are invited to participate with paint and words on a 20 foot artwall installation in front of the Downtown Library to create an interconnected, inclusive, and growing visual representation of and with our community. Come paint with us! Learn More

We don't know about you, but after the most intense winter in recent memory, we are so happy for the Spring arrival! Our RCPL Bees are a-buzz with all the blooming flowers and would very much appreciate you planting bee-friendly gardens.
If you are looking for gardening inspiration, we have a few Spring themed events coming up. We also have our Seed Library - stop by the Home & Garden section of the Downtown Library's Reading Room to view our current seed offerings.
