July 11-12 LEAN for Science and Healthcare
This training is for service and healthcare industry managers and executives who want to improve the profitability and efficiency of their operations by identifying and removing the non-value added activity (waste) in their company or department.
You will learn LEAN techniques that you will be able to immediately apply to your organization with little or no capital money. You will see firsthand how Pal's has applied these principles with a behind the scenes tour and develop your own plan of action. The class also includes Q&A with senior management.
This training will be led by David J. McClaskey - 2011 recipient of the TNCPE McWherter Leadership Award.
