Parish-Wide Lenten Almsgiving: Welcome the Stranger


As a community of faith, we are called to show compassion and hospitality to those in need, and this Lent, we have an opportunity to do just that!


Our Lenten Almsgiving project this year is to support Catholic Charities Welcome the Stranger Parish-Family Sponsorship. Help us raise $10,000 and form a Parish-Family Liaison team to Welcome the Stranger!

Palm Sunday


The 9:15am Mass will begin at the Joseph Garden on the West side of the Church. Please pick up a Breaking Bread Hymnal and turn to Pg. 86.


As we begin singing Hosanna to the Son of David, the assembly will then process on the sidewalk, past the Marian Garden, and enter the Church through the East-side handicapped entrance. We will then follow along the Stations wall to the center aisle and process in front of the Altar.


For all other Masses (5pm, 8am, 10:30am), the procession will begin in the vestibule.

Winter Supper - April 6th


Thank you to everyone who helps shop, cook, prep or pack for Winter and Summer Suppers or donates to the Poor Box for Catholic Charities Dinners! On Holy Thursday, April 6th, we will pack a special Easter Supper for our homeless neighbors. We are still in need of Ham (1), Potatoes (3), Green Beans (2) and Desserts (4).


We will need extra helpers to make sure that Shea Hall is completely cleaned and cleared ahead of the 7pm Holy Thursday Mass of the Lord's Supper at St. Julian. The Altar of Repose will be setup in Shea Hall and all attending Mass will be invited to visit the Altar following Mass.

Remembering these words from Jesus to His Apostles, "So could you not keep watch with me for one hour?" (Matthew 26:40) we will visit the seven churches listed below following the Mass of the Lord's Supper on Holy Thursday:

Living Stations of the Cross


Teens from our Youth Ministry will present the Living Stations of the Cross at 7:00pm on Good Friday at St. Julian Eymard Church. All are invited to remember Jesus' sacrifice on the cross for us as we close out our Lenten journey together.

Be an Adorer


Beginning April 12th, a new and expanded schedule for Adoration begins.


On Wednesday, April 12th, Adoration will begin at the conclusion of the 8:15am Mass and continue until Reconciliation ends, at around 8:00pm at St. Julian Eymard Church.


On Saturday, April 15th, Adoration will begin at the conclusion of the 8:15am Mass and continue until Reconciliation ends, at around 1:00pm at Queen of the Rosary Church.

Moving forward, Reconciliation will take place at St. Julian Eymard Church on Wednesdays, and at Queen of the Rosary Church on Saturdays.
