Center For Conscious Living

AFFIRMATION

I know there is but One Mind, which is the mind of God.

I know there is a Divine Pattern for all of humanity.

Within that pattern there is harmony,

peace, cooperation and unity.

I declare that in each person and in leaders of thought everywhere this Divine Pattern moves into action,

To the end that all nations and all people will live together in peace, harmony and prosperity.

And so It is.

CCL Sunday Holiday Services!

The Spring holidays are nearly upon us! Please plan to join us this Sunday April 13 for Palm Sunday and a special Passover remembrance, and on April 27 for Easter Sunday.

We also have a special guest visiting us on Palm Sunday! Moorestown’s new mayor, Quinton Law, will be joining us for Sunday service. He will speak briefly about what “service” means to him and how CCL members can engage with the Moorestown community through special initiatives and events.

Quinton Law is Moorestown’s youngest mayor ever. He has a track record of service in New Jersey political affairs, working as a liaison at a major New Jersey nonprofit and with state agencies that serve our residents. Be sure to come and meet our new mayor! He will remain after the service for a special Q&A session—he loves to engage with people!

The Conscious Creator

A New Class With Deb Chamberlin

We’re all creative beings. We know that!

Yet frequently we find ourselves creating the things we don’t want, and feeling longing for the things we do want. We get ourselves enmeshed in repeating patterns of self-defeating circumstances that prevent us from achieving our dreams. Sound familiar?

What if you could consistently create the things that truly matter to you? What if you could find a way to apply practical, real-life strategies to creating what you really want in your life?

This class will teach you simple, practical ways to overcome self-defeating patterns that are operating in your life. You will learn how to create new patterns for yourself that will lead you to success, abundance, and peaceful conditions in your life.

Join class facilitator Deb Chamberlin for this dynamic, ground-breaking class. Deb has practiced Conscious Creator principles in her own life for 40 years, manifesting a meaningful life in her artistry as a musician, and in creating community programs that support youth, address social concerns, and create ways to engage in global issues.

Deb finds special delight in supporting others in applying these simple, life-changing principles in their own lives. A clear, organized, dynamic facilitator and coach, Deb has been teaching these principles for more than 30 years. She is passionate about supporting us in becoming powerful manifestors!

Join us in creating new, successful patterns in your life. Conscious Creator principles are simple, logical, and easy to implement. You will learn real-life strategies in how to manifest the Good in your life. We all want some of that, right?

CCL Choir News!

CCL’s Choir has completed the first phase under the Fellowship grant that is funding the creation of the Choir. We have come a long way, in creating a group of people who are singing together, and have even performed twice for us at Sunday service!

We have submitted our final Phase I report to the Foundation, and will be requesting funding for Phase II of CCL’s Music Fellow Program, which will fund Myra’s anticipated return to the US in late April. Myra has plans to intensify our practice sessions, and expand our song repertoire, which she is creating right now. Stay tuned for developing news!

FOR CHOIR MEMBERS:

Please keep your eyes peeled for our Choir News emails!

In our email last Friday, we have a live video from Myra, giving you her feedback on your performance of John Lennon’s “Imagine.”

Watch for this week’s email. Myra will be sending you a new email tomorrow, Friday, April 9th. Please look for it!

Myra is working assiduously behind the scenes, adding to our song repertoire, and planning for her return to New Jersey later this month.

Stay tuned for Choir news, as it develops. We stay in touch with you through email communications, this newsletter, and announcements at Sunday service.

If you are not receiving Choir News emails currently, please call our office right away, as this is how we can stay in touch with you about choir activities and rehearsals, especially during Myra’s upcoming performance tour.

Notes From The CCL Stewardship Council

New Space Sub-Committee

Community House

At its most recent Stewardship Council meeting, the Council members created a “New Space Subcommittee” to lead CCL’s quest in finding a new space for its Sunday services. Board member and Associate Minister Reverend Paul Hoyt is leading this new group, and we are inviting you, as a member of CCL, to join with us in evaluating new spaces that are available to us.

If you are interested in joining with Reverend Paul in helping CCL to find a new home for its Sunday services, please contact Reverend Paul directly, Reverend Christina, or one of our Board members. We welcome your ideas and input, and we are enthused about new possibilities for CCL and our future Sunday home.
