Dear Christ Church Family and Friends,

We invite you to join us this Sunday as we celebrate Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week.

Together, we will remember Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem with the waving of palms and joyful praise, while also turning our hearts toward the journey of the cross. It is a powerful and meaningful service that invites us to walk with Christ from celebration to sacrifice.

Come and be part of this sacred time in our life together as a church. All are welcome—bring your family, invite a friend, and join us as we enter Holy Week in worship and community.

8:00a service will begin in the Library

10:00a service will begin in the Outdoor chapel

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Journey with Us Through Holy Week to the Joy of Easter!

You are warmly invited to join us for the sacred journey of Holy Week, the most profound and meaningful week of the Christian year. Together we walk with Jesus from the shouts of “Hosanna!” on Palm Sunday, through the humility of the Last Supper, the sorrow of the cross, and finally to the joy and hope of the Resurrection on Easter morning.

These beautiful and powerful liturgies invite us to reflect, pray, and enter more deeply into the story of God’s love for the world.

On Monday of Holy Week, Paul will take the clothes to the Warren Family Mission to be distributed.

In the Community

2026 Church Theme:

Rooted in Christ.

Renewed Together. Sent in Hope.

We are excited to announce our 2026 theme: Rooted in Christ. Renewed Together. Sent in Hope.

This theme is built on two scriptural pillars. First, the beautiful prayer in Ephesians 3:17, asking that we might be "rooted and grounded in love" so that Christ may dwell in our hearts. Second, the communal fire of Acts 2:42, where the early church "devoted themselves to the fellowship and the breaking of bread."

This theme will guide our worship, formation, and life together as we deepen our faith, strengthen our community, and share Christ’s love beyond our walls.

Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe: Support Holy Land ministries through Good Friday Offering

Dear people of God in The Episcopal Church: For more than a century, Episcopalians have given generously to the Good Friday Offering, which supports the vital work and ministries of the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East.

Today, the need of the church in the Holy Land is greater than ever, particularly given the recent escalation of war in the Middle East, and I hope you will join me in making a generous gift today at iam.ec/goodfridayoffering.

Treasurer Transition Announcement

After many faithful years of service, Carole Lewis has shared that she plans to retire as parish treasurer this summer. We are deeply grateful for her careful stewardship, dedication, and the countless quiet ways she has supported the ministry of our church.

As we prepare for this transition, we are now seeking someone willing to serve as our next treasurer.

The role involves working with the rector and vestry to track income and expenses and provide simple financial reports. The time commitment is small — only a few hours per week — and training/support will be provided during the transition. It is a voluntary position.

You do not need to be an accountant, but comfort with numbers, attention to detail, and reliability are important.

If you're interested or would like to learn more, please speak with Mo. Robin or a Vestry member, and keep this transition in your prayers.
