Dear EPIC Customer,

As winter settles in, we're excited to share updates about your locally managed energy service. This season, take advantage of new energy efficiency rebates for Palmdale residents through federal programs, making it easier to upgrade your home and save on energy costs.

California's transition to electric vehicles is accelerating, and EPIC is proud to play a role through our Your Ride is EPIC program. Eligible participants can receive rebates on home charging equipment, including up to $550 for a wall-mounted Level-II charger or $250 for a plug-in unit.

Each year, EPIC sends out two informational mailers to keep customers informed: Power Content Labels and Joint Rate Comparisons. These resources are designed to help you understand your energy options and stay informed about your service.

Finally, we kicked off the year by celebrating National Electricity Day on January 9, sharing energy-saving tips to keep your home warm and efficient throughout the winter season.
