The primary election is officially behind us, and now it's full speed ahead to the General Election!
Palo Verde Republican Women would like to thank all of the candidates who attended our meetings over the past six months to share their vision, engage with our members, and participate in our candidate forums. Running for office takes courage, commitment, and resilience. We sincerely thank every candidate for their willingness to serve, their dedication to the State of Arizona, and their commitment to the Republican Party.
To those candidates whose races did not end as you had hoped, thank you for stepping forward and fighting for what you believe in. We hope you will continue to stay engaged and be a part of the future of our party.
To those candidates who prevailed, congratulations! Palo Verde Republican Women has your back. We are 100% committed to helping elect Republican candidates up and down the ballot this November. As a reminder to our membership, even if your preferred candidate did not win their primary, another Republican did. Now is the time to unite behind every Republican nominee and vote the entire Republican ticket. There is simply too much at stake in Arizona this November.
I would also like to recognize the many Palo Verde members who worked tirelessly throughout this primary season to increase voter turnout. Our women are a powerful force of volunteers who organized meet-and-greets, knocked on doors, made campaign calls, wrote postcards, walked precincts, and gave countless hours to support Republican candidates across Arizona. Your dedication truly makes a difference.
Palo Verde is your place for election news, candidate information, and grassroots involvement - helping make our members among the most informed and engaged Republican voters in our community.
Unfortunately, voter turnout in the primary was lower than expected. Now, we must take the knowledge we've gained and put it into action by helping our friends, neighbors, and families GET OUT THE VOTE. Every vote matters, and every conversation counts. Let's work together over the next few months to ensure every Republican voter casts a ballot and every Republican candidate crosses the finish line victorious in November.
