Santiago, Panama 
The "power of Rotary" has been instrumental in bringing us together with 2 Rotary clubs in the state of Maine that have a heart for those in need in Santiago, Panama. As part of this project, the Bar Harbor/MDI and Ellsworth clubs are sponsoring wheelchairs for delivery in Santiago, situated about 250kms from Panama City. We are excited to be meeting some of their members during our visit on March 15th!

Colombia is on the wish list!
The Rotary Club of Courtenay on Vancouver Island is participating in the Youth Exchange program with Faith Buckley, a member's daughter, spending a year in Cali San Fernando, Colombia. Her parents, Robert (AG 2014-15) and Maria are avid supporters of the Global Wheelchair Program and we would love to be able to add a second distribution for Colombia during our port call in Cartagena. If you have ideas or can help make this happen, please contact us as soon as possible!
