 Great Day of ServiceThe SC Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will have THE GREAT DAY OF SERVICE on March 2, 2013. Churches throughout the state will work together to improve the lices of people in our state and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. This year, Cenral UMC will partner with other churches in the Florence area to collect canned food and clothing to donate to Liberty Chapel UMC. All donations can be placed in the appropriately marked collection boxes in the Commons Area through Friday, February 22. Thank you for helping to make the lives of others a little better. |
 Young Adult Campfire FellowshipPlease join us around the bonfire on Friday, February 22, from 6:30-10:00 p.m. for a time of fun and fellowship. Bring your favorite appetizer or finger food to share and a chair if you wish. We will have s'mores and plenty of room for the kids to run and play.  Women Wanting Wisdom: Pilgrimage Women's Retreat

Don't miss out on this time of relaxation, fellowship, and reflection sponsored by Central Women's Task Force. We will continue to explore the theme of pilgrimage, as we seek to move closer to God and to one another. WWW: Pilgrimage Retreat sessions will take place on Friday evening through Saturday. Three meals, as well as accommodations and retreat materials, are included in the registration fee of $75.00 (before Feb. 13th) or $85 (after the 13th). Final date to register is Feb. 28th.
