Due to inclement weather, in-person and virtual classes are canceled on Tuesday, September 14. All HISD offices and schools will be closed on Tuesday, September 14. Students will not need to make up the missed school day.

Book Your Birthday Wish Today

Looking for a special way to recognize your student’s birthday?

Post a Birthday Wish on the Pershing Marquee located on Stella Link.

Birthday wishes will appear on the marquee for three days, usually the day before, day of and day after depending on when it falls.

$25 per Birthday Wish

Form and payment must be received two weeks in advance.

Are you interested in joining the

Lamar Jr. FFA?

There will be a virtual interest and information meeting on Tuesday, September 14^th at 6pm.

Jr. FFA members have the opportunity to gain experience raising an animal and exhibit animal at livestock show, forge relationships with other students with like interests, begin participation in nationally recognized student organization before high school, learn responsibility and leadership and much more.

Registration required and can be completed right up to meeting time to receive link to Zoom call.
