Panelist Profile: Sue Ann Arnall
Founder & President
Arnall Family Foundation
Sue Ann Arnall is an energy industry veteran who achieved numerous milestones during her time in the industry before founding the AFF in 2015.
She will serve on the May 7th panel with Meagan Taylor, the Diversion Hub executive director (who will be profiled in a later newswire.)
At the foundation, Arnall works toward her vision for a "vibrant community where families thrive, and individuals are not defined by their circumstances."
Arnall (pictured with Duke, her black lab) is "passionately focused" on criminal justice reform and "finding solutions that lower the incarceration rate and racial disparity impacting people of color in Oklahoma jails and prisons."
AFF also works to create systemic change in the areas of youth welfare and justice, homelessness, and historically under-resourced communities.
Arnall is politically active. She supports "fearless judges and legislators, on both sides of the aisle, who place the good of the people before their political and personal ambitions."
She is a Poteau High School graduate; attended the University of Tulsa where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and, later, a law degree.
She is a member of the Giving Pledge and Oklahoma Bar Association; on the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council; and a former Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority trustee.
In 2022, Arnall was inducted into the Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame and the Oklahoma Hall of Fame. She was the 2024 USA Today Oklahoma Woman of the Year. Click logo to learn more about Arnall Family Foundation.
