CAFETERIA SYSTEM UPGRADE
In the coming weeks, we will begin to implement an upgrade to our cafeteria system, allowing us to eliminate the use of cards. Students will no longer need to carry their paper cards through the lunch line and instead will begin tapping their fingers. Students will be identified at the register using bio-metrics from their finger.
No images of fingerprints are stored on the system, only a unique code generated by the fingerprint is used to confirm the student's identity.
The other aspects of our lunch program will remain the same and you can continue to deposit funds onto your child(ren)'s account by using
. For anyone unfamiliar with K12 Payment Center, by registering on their website you can see what items are being purchased, check balances, and deposit funds. All you need to sign up is your student's ID number, which can be found on their report cards or current ID card.
All school picture day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 5. Picture orders are optional, however, all students will be photographed. Please have your student dressed in their school uniform for pictures. Three-year-old preschool students will have their picture day on Thursday, October 25.
PARKING AT PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Just a reminder, if you park in the main entrance parking lot for pick up or drop off, please park in the spots against the building, not in the reserved, numbered spots closest to the street. Also, please do not leave your car unattended in the pick-up line. Thank you for your cooperation.
