October 25, 2023 - Issue 12

Good evening!

I hope your week is going well and that you have been enjoying this incredible weather. It has been a treat. Speaking of treats... Students are invited to celebrate Halloween on Tuesday, October 31 by wearing their favorite costume. No masks, weapons or look alike weapons are permitted. In addition, no inflatable costumes of any kind are allowed. Finally, while make-up may be used, you must still be recognizable by staff. Oh, and faculty and staff, you can get in on the fun as well, same rules apply!

The temporary bleachers are leaving the state of Ohio and heading back to Florida on a flatbed. That means we are one step closer to beginning construction on our permanent bleachers. Can I get an AMEN???!!

As a follow up to Pack the Pantry. The number of boxes collected from 16 schools was 788! EC's contribution was 425 boxes! We collected more than half of the food for the campaign! Be proud of yourselves, Panthers!

Keep the ripple going,

Annie Cunningham

Cash Raffle

The $10,000 Cash Raffle is in full swing! If you did not receive your student's personalized sales link via email, please let Mrs. Essenmacher know right away. We're asking each student to sell 20 tickets. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Essenmacher at essenmacher@elyriacatholic.com. Thank you!

Multiple Student Families

Attention families with multiple students! Please know that the Cash Raffle office will "even out" any sales between students in the same family so that the 20 ticket quota is met. So, for example, if Student One sells 30 tickets and Student Two sells 10 tickets, we will be sure to level out the family so that both students are credited with meeting their 20 ticket sales goal. If you have questions or concerns about Cash Raffle tickets, please contact Mrs. Essenmacher at essenmacher@elyriacatholic.com or visit elyriacatholic.com/cashraffle for more details. Thank you!
