Dear Parents and Guardians:

We were thrilled to host our first Junior Achievement Day today at Prairie Grove School.  All students, in kindergarten through 8th grade participated in the many enriching and inspiring activities offered by Junior Achievement(JA).

Junior Achievement partners with schools and organizations to help inspire and prepare young people to succeed.   JA helps students realize that the education they are getting today will help them to have a bright future tomorrow. JA's unique, volunteer delivered programs shows them all of the possibilities that lay before them. JA's core values are as follows:

  • Belief in the boundless potential of young people
  • Commitment to the principles of market-based economics and entrepreneurship
  • Passion for what we do and honesty, integrity, and excellence in how we do it
  • Respect for the talents, creativity, perspectives, and backgrounds of all individuals
  • Belief in the power of partnership and collaboration
  • Conviction in the educational and motivational impact of relevant, hands-on learning.
Please take a moment to review a brief overview of the program your child participated in today by clicking on a link below:

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to two of our Prairie Grove parents who made our Junior Achievement Day a reality.  It is through their dedication and commitment to the future of our children, that this was possible.
