Class of 2025 Remind

2025 Seniors and their parents can join the Class of 2025 Remind to stay up to date on senior class information. Please note that everyone joins through the information below, but because of Remind limitations we may move you into a different section. When this happens you will get two notifications from Remind – 1 that you have been added to a new section and 2 a notification that you have been removed from the initial section. You do not need to rejoin! All sections get the same information! Please do not rejoin as that fills up the queue and prevents announcements from being delivered.  Join the class of 2024 Remind by texting @neaseCO25 to the number 81010

Class of 2025 Schoology

EOY MEDIA CENTER UPDATE!

The media center is officially closed to students before, during, and after school. Students will no longer be allowed to eat lunch in the media center as we finish closing out the school year and the many tasks that need to be completed before we head out. I will be sending out a “system generated” email through our circulation database to all students that still have materials so they are aware of what still needs to be returned. Students may start turning in textbooks as soon as they can if they no longer need them and will still be able to do so next week. THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO RETURN ALL TEXTBOOKS AND LIBRARY BOOKS IS FRIDAY, MAY 24TH. After that date, ALL books that haven’t been returned will be marked as “lost” and charged off to student media accounts. NO BOOKS CAN BE RETURNED IN THE SUMMER as we have no way of removing them from student accounts. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me.

Guidance News

Hello Class of 2025!

As you start your final summer break of your high school career, it is not too early to begin finalizing your college and university goals and plans. Most will agree that the process of applying to college in the fall of a student’s senior year is the functional equivalent of taking an extra class. The more preparation a student can do over the summer, the easier the fall will be. Here’s a To Do List of items rising seniors can work on over the summer to get a head start on the application process.

After reviewing the To Do List, we also hope you take them time to relax, reflect, and enjoy those long summer days!

Congratulations to our Jaguars Career & Technical Education Scholarship Award Winner!

Senior Mahyla Smith, a student in our Communications Digital Design program, was selected as Nease’s recipient of the Jaguars CTE Scholarship. Mahyla’s contributions to Nease’s campus by creating signage above the gym doors and social media hype graphics and stickers for the boys basketball team were just a few examples of how she has utilized her graphic design skills. She is planning on continuing her studies at UCF, in the Digital Media and Marketing programs. Her teacher, Mrs. Soto, raved about Mahyla, noting that she is a fantastic student and always willing to do anything to improve her design knowledge and skillset. Congratulations, Mahyla!
