Important Announcements from Principal Anthony Goston

1. Remember that on Red Days the school day ends at 3:45 pm. Therefore, your child may have office hours scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday for academic support. On those days students may need to stay no later than 3:45 pm. Please hesitate to schedule appointments on those days as this may interfere with their availability to get more academic support.
2. SJM is a closed campus for lunch/food deliveries. Therefore, all food deliveries to the office will remain in the office until the end of the day and will not be made available to your child. If your child forgets their lunch and is in need of food on any particular day, please contact the Attendance Office and we can work out a solution for the day.

October Rosary Challenge
by Carlie Frye, Instructor

October is the month of the Rosary, and we are launching the Great Rosary Challenge to anyone interested in committing to a daily rosary each day this month. Every Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM at SJM, we will pray the rosary at the grotto—all are welcome. We would like to encourage all families to tap into this beautiful and powerful prayer, which invites us to meditate on the mysteries of Jesus’ life and explore how our own lives can connect to them.

If you are a YES and want to commit to this challenge, please sign up here on the Google form: https://forms.gle/FuLTGrSVb5PyuAky5

If you would like more information on how to pray the rosary, please visit this link:

Also, there is an amazing national Zoom rosary campaign out of Philadelphia, where you can call in every day Monday-Thursday (5:00 PM our time) for a rosary led by households across the country. It’s very powerful and has been going since the pandemic started.

Please email Miss Carlie Frye with any questions: [email protected]

Let us remember… that we are in the Holy Presence of God.
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!
Live Jesus in our hearts…. FOREVER!
We're rooting for Emilio Carvalho!
Congratulations to Emilio Carvalho, who recently competed in the USAS 2021 Shotgun Nationals, taking bronze in two categories. He is currently in Lima, Peru competing in ISSF the Junior World Championships. Follow the competition at https://www.issf-sports.org/.

We're rooting for you Emilio!
