PHYSICALS AND OTHER FORMS

(This is an image and not a direct link.)

PVI Athletics is PAPERLESS (aka Student Central) effective July 2021. You will need to print a copy of the Sports Physical, have it physical completed by a medical professional and upload it to Student Central.  The new Medical/Release form is part of the online file for your student-athlete. A paper copy of that form is also linked here. This replaces the old "3-part" and "4-part" form that provided emergency contacts and other permissions. We encourage families to complete all of this online. We are no longer accepting paper copies of documents.

If your student did not receive or has not yet opened an email (sent to each student's PVI email) to register to Student Central, follow these steps:
· go to www.pvisports.net and click the ONLINE REGISTRATION box (see image above to identify it).
· the username is your student's email address, e.g. [email protected]
· the PW is bigteams (lower case - you'll be prompted to change it)
· begin answering the questions
· there is a section that asks which sports are of interest - click any and all, whether there is a plan to tryout or not. This is a must.
· there will be another prompt for parents to have an account as well as student-athletes. Set that up as well.

Information about this transition and getting started on Student Central was sent to your student's email account a few weeks ago. If you need to review it again click here.
TWITTER & SCHEDULES
We encourage families to follow their teams' twitter feeds for the most current information. Here's a link to all of the teams' feeds. Varsity coaches are the CEOs for their programs, Varsity and JV/Freshmen. If there are questions about exact times or dates, please contact them directly. Here's a list of our coaches.
