Paper and electronic (835) remit issues

Applicable to: Mercy Care Complete Care, Mercy Care Long Term Care, Mercy Care RBHA, Mercy Care DD, and Mercy Care Advantage

Beginning in December 2019, Mercy Care has received information from our vendors (clearinghouses) and providers regarding issues with our electronic remits (835) and paper remits. Mercy Care's Operations team is collaborating with our Information Technology (IT) team to resolve these issues. Solutions have been identified and are in testing and will soon be in production to resolve all issues.
