the Secret Belgian Binding

She calls herself a "sentimental metalsmith" because she specializes in memorial jewelry and sentimental work in metal. Says erin, "I'm impressed by both nature and nostalgia, by love and loss. I work in metal, taking something cold and hard and imbuing it with warmth and heart." She will also speak about the Secret Belgian Binding technique.

SPRING MEMBERS' CHALLENGE

NEW! Members’ Challenge

Theme: “To Collage a Quote”

Artwork will be displayed at the APR 3 meeting

You know them: Quotes to live by, to make you chuckle,

words that burrow into your heart, inspire nostalgia, lift your spirit.

"Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."

"Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you'll be criticized anyway."

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone

across the waters to create many ripples."

Have you got a favorite quote? Let your creative juices flow, collage it, and share it.

Sign up sheets will be available at the FEB 6 and MAR 6 meetings.

If you cannot attend the meeting,

email Lynda Henderson and let her know you are interested.
