BOXED-IN and LET OUT

WINTER MEMBER'S CHALLENGE

It's time to think inside the box. We all have memories or items from our favorite person, place or thing. If you could house your things-thoughts-feelings in a box, what would it look like? Who or what would you honor? To get your creative juices flowing, search online for “Artistic Memory Boxes” and “Story Telling boxes.” Use a cigar box, shoe box or any box-like container (no bigger than 8x10x4-ish) to pay homage to that special someone, place or thing that has meaning for you.

 For the DEC 5 meeting

bring your box for display.

Members at the meeting will vote

on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners.

Prizes will be awarded.

Sign-up forms will be available at our DEC 5 meeting.

You will receive your pals' names right after the DEC meeting.

Be sure to take photos of the postcards you create and email them to Sue by mid FEB. Your postcards will be featured in a slideshow at the MAR meeting!

NEW! WINTER Postcard Exchange

DEC 5 to FEB 28

To participate:

Email Sue Agnew before DEC 5

postcards@paperworks.info

Ready for another postcard exchange? Commit to sending at least one card each to the three pal's names you will receive, but feel free to send more. Since there are holidays in DEC, JAN, and FEB, many people choose to use holiday themes. But anything goes! Postcards can be any size and medium.

PLEASE include your mailing address in your email message. Thanks in advance. It saves Sue a lot of time in organizing the exchange.
