SPACE NUMBER: Space numbers align to the street address that your booth will be in front of. Please note some businesses have a large footprint with the same street address so booths near you may have the same "booth number". LOT indicates your space is in front of a lot on your designated block. BULBOUT means you are on the sidewalk that bulbs out into the street. INTERSECTION means you are in the indicated intersection. Space numbers in GREEN mean you have purchased a tent and block numbers in YELLOW mean you have purchased electricity (vendors must provide their own extension cords). Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.

PLEASE REFER TO THE SITE MAP (maps are not to scale) and look at what booths are on either side to help you find the correct place. Volunteers will be on site to assist vendors in finding their spot. There is more than enough room for everyone. Try not to block businesses main entrances when possible, work with your neighbors, and do not take up more space than you registered for.

All vendors will load in from 28th St S and turn onto Central Ave and head east to your assigned space. Vendors will exit via 20th St S.

• VENDOR LOAD IN TIME
• Block 8 & 7 can start load in at 8 am
• Blocks 6 & 5 can start load in at 8:20 am
• Blocks 4 & 3 can start load in at 8:40 am
• Blocks 2& 1 can start load in at 9:00 am

• No vehicles will be permitted to pull in the Street Festival after 10:45am and all personal vehicles, including food vehicles that do not fit into the purchased space, must be off the street by 11am.

• Please be considerate of other vendors and pull as close to your space as possible, unload and move your vehicle before setting up your space.

• Vendors may unload along the side streets and carry their items to their vendor space.

• Load out will be the same pattern.

• Vehicles will not be permitted on the street until 5:00PM and all vendors must be off the street by 7pm.

All exhibitors at St. Pete Pride events are required to have up-to-date permits, licenses and liability insurance as required by law.

Parking at all event spaces will be extremely limited. Parking for all events are first come, first serve in any available lots and street parking.
