Parade Time on the Westside!

NOVEMBER 2023

The Craft Market will open at noon inside the beautiful West Baton Rouge Convention & Visitors Bureau on December 2nd. Come out and shop for your Christmas gifts and visit our food vendors serving up Louisiana goodness! Jeepers are invited to the WBRCVB grounds to decorate their jeeps for the parade and listen to the Classics by Jude. There will be an award for "Best Decorated Jeep" at 4:30pm. The parade rolls out at 5:30pm. Wayne Toups takes the stage at 7:30pm- 10:00pm.

Veterans On Parade

Veterans On Parade is this Sunday, November 5th at 1:30pm. We will pay tribute to all servicemen and women for their dedication to this nation. All veterans can participate on the floats free of charge. Come out, join the crowds, and show your support for these brave men and women in Downtown Port Allen.

Old Time Open Jam!

Live music jams are a part of what makes West Baton Rouge unique! You can hear live music regularly on the Westside at restaurants, bars, and clubs. Check out live music at the upcoming Old Time Open Jam at the West Baton Rouge Museum on November 12th. The Old Time Open Jam is held each 2nd Sunday afternoon from 3-5pm.
