Some of you may be surprised to learn that in addition to writing books and articles, I play guitar and write songs.

In October, 2022, I visited a studio run by my friend James (Jim) Linton and recorded an album of original songs. (Those who have read my first book, Soul Shift, will recognize the name James Linton from Chapter 4, The Other Side).

One of the songs I wrote and recorded, "What You Can't See" encapsulates my spiritual views in the form of music.

What is The Mark Ireland Experiment? It's the name I decided to use for my musical projects. The one commonality of each song published under this name is my songwriting and guitar playing. What will vary are the artists who accompany me. Thanks to Nancy Damone for vocals on tracks 1, 2, 4 & 5. Thanks to Jennifer Slickers for vocals on tracks 6 and 7. And thanks to Jim Linton for playing bass on all tracks, and doing a masterful job of recording, mixing, and mastering.
