Pool Closing

We're looking at another cool down next week, so this will be the last weekend for swimming. The pools will be closed down MONDAY, so enjoy it while you can!

Fall Garage Sale

Don't forget the garage sale is THIS SATURDAY! The Association has placed an ad in the Idaho Statesman, and posted a sign at the entrance. If you want to participate you're welcome to put out your items in your driveway for sale the day of the event. We've advertised the event to run from 8am-5pm, but feel free to start and stop as you please. Don't forget to share on social media, and if you have left over items you can reach out to organizations like St. Vincent de Paul (208) 853-4921 for pickup. Good luck!

Annual Meeting

We appreciate everyone's patience as we have been trying to wrap up our Development work in order to hold an annual meeting. We're scheduled for October 17th, at Paramount Elementary. Look for your notice in the mail soon.

Irrigation Shut Off

It's time to start finishing up landscaping projects and putting down fall fertilizers. The irrigation district will be meeting next week to set the water shut off date. We anticipate this to be within the first week or two of October.

Parking

The CC&Rs require residents to use their garages first for parking automobiles before storage of anything else. If your garage is full of automobiles, and you have additional automobiles, then you may use the driveway for parking. Street parking should be used as a last resort, or for guests or temporary periods. Please report any out of the ordinary or extensive street parking to Meridian Code Enforcement at 208-846-7326.
