If your student will be a Junior or Senior next school year and is interested in the University of Michigan DEEP program please plan on attending a mandatory parent/student informational meeting on Wednesday, November 28 ^th at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

Mark your calendars --- The winter sports Meet the Team will be Tuesday, November 27th beginning at 6:00p.m. We will have parent meetings at

6:00p.m. followed by a presentation of athletes in the gym at 6:30p.m.  

Would you like to recognize your Charger son/daughter athlete and support Charger athletics at the same time? The Charger Winter Sports Program is your opportunity! We are in the process of putting together our 2018/2019 Charger Winter Sports program. Please join us in the auditorium Tuesday, December 4 ^th at 6:00 p.m. to pick up your student’s ASPIRE test scores from last spring. Each student that was enrolled at Powers Catholic or one of the Genesee County Catholic Schools last spring took the ACT-Aspire test last April or May. We are having a meeting to help parents interpret their son/daughter’s score and what steps they can take to help their son/daughter on future standardized assessments, including the ACT test. If you have already attended an informational meeting or are unable to attend, we will send the results home with your student during the week after the presentation.

NEED HELP WITH RAFFLE TICKETS?

Many families have come forward asking for additional raffle tickets to sell. If you would like help selling your tickets, we may be able to match you up with someone who can help.   Please do not send your tickets to the office. Please contact the Advancement Office at (810) 591-0100 to discuss.   Thank you to all for the continued support of this very important fundraiser for Powers Catholic!

A drawing for $100 off tuition has been held for families who turned in their sold raffle tickets by November 20, 2018. The winning families are Mitch and Kelly Hart and Stacie and Paul Huey. Three more drawings will be held in December for tickets sold and turned in between November 21 and December 20, 2018. Families are eligible to win one time.
