Students will be expected to be on campus from June 10-July 12. The courses will be online, there will be a teacher supervising, and each semester course costs $549.

At the request of Sister Carolyn and Mercy's Administration and Faculty, as well as of our host, Holy Name Church, please remind your family and guests that respectful and reverent behavior is expected in the church. Your daughter's graduation ceremony marks a lifetime accomplishment and should not be dishonored by inappropriate behaviors such as shouting by our guests.

Important Information:
  • Students will receive ten bids for graduation.
  • Bids will be distributed to seniors during a designated time during finals week.
  • Cameras and other recording devices may not be used in the church. The ceremony will be live streamed on Facebook and there will be opportunities to take photographs after the ceremony.
  • Smaller flower bouquets (that will fit on your lap) or leis may be brought into the church and presented to the graduates only AFTER the girls have processed out of the church.
  • Balloons and other large distracting items (including large flower bouquets) are not appropriate in a sacred space and will not be permitted in the church.
  • Please remember to silence all cellphones.
  • Mercy High School will be LIVE STREAMING the graduation. Like our Facebook page and share the live video with loved ones!
  • Students must arrive and check in with Ms. Alano and Ms. Wan in the multipurpose room on the bottom floor of the church.

Senior Graduation Dress Code:
  • Graduating seniors must wear a white dress or pantsuit under their white graduation gown.
  • Shoes must be white, nude/tan, black, or red.
  • Students may not wear leis or any regalia that is not provided to them by Mercy High School. Please save these items for after the graduation mass.

Thank you for your contribution in making this a memorable graduation that marks your daughter's achievement in a dignified way!

Tuition Accounts

All tuition balances must be paid in full by Monday, May 20 for students to take final exams. Please ensure that your tuition account is paid up!

Failure to bring your account up to date will result in your daughter not being able to take her finals, putting her academic standing in jeopardy.

In addition, seniors will not be allowed to participate in graduation activities which may include, but are not limited to: Senior Celebration Dinner, walk the stage at Graduation, or attend Grad Night.

Submit Your Parent Volunteer Hours

Did you volunteer at the Gala or donate to the Gala Auction?
After each event you volunteer at, be sure to go to to submit your parent volunteer hours and get the credit you deserve! Remember, each family is asked to volunteer 15 hours each school year.

If you volunteered at the Gala or donated to the auction for parent hours, volunteered at other events through the year, attended an MPA meeting, coordinated with Mercy to drive students to/from athletics games, or volunteered at an event, you need to submit your hours.

You should have received an update on your total hours volunteered. If you think hours are missing, be sure you have submitted the hours you have completed.

Please note that you may also choose to make a $300 donation in lieu of fulfilling your parent hours.
