All children K-5th grade will gather promptly at 9:00 am in F-202. The children will be escorted to their Sunday School classes following music time.

Service Opportunity

Saturday, October 26, is our monthly Diaper Distribution at Northway. Because we are hosting the election, we will be moving the Diaper Distribution to the back parking lot. We could use extra help to make this go smoothly for the people we serve. If you and your family are available, please meet up on the back parking lot at 9:45 am. Thank you!

Children & Youth Halloween Party

Sunday, October 27

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm in Youth Hall

All school-aged kids (K-12) are invited to stick around following the worship service on Sunday, October 27 and join Pastor Chesna, Noelle, and Dawn in Youth Hall for a Halloween gathering. Wear your costume if you'd like, and bring a bucket or bag for prizes. Party will be finished by 1:30 pm.

Worship Rocks!

Following the Children's Moment this Sunday during the 10:30 am worship service, children ages 3—Grade 5 will be escorted to F-103 for their own kid-friendly worship experience, Worship Rocks!

After the worship service, your children will be waiting for you in the hall outside of the Sanctuary.

Beyond Sunday

ASK AND TELL - As your kid starts their day, tell them about a time when you saw them exercise selfcontrol with food or a game or spending money. (If it’s good, make sure you don’t tie your compliment to something that may reinforce a negative body image.)

At a meal this week, have everyone at the table answer this: “Name a game, food, show, etc. that you love, and once you start it’s hard for you to stop.”

PRAY - “Jesus, help us to practice self-control with things. May a game, food, a collection, or anything else never control us. Help us to know when to stop.”
