Beyond Sunday

“How you made me is amazing and wonderful. I praise you for that. What you have done is wonderful. I know that very well.” Psalm 139:14 NIrV

In All Things God Works for Good

  Romans 8:28-29

God can use all things.

At a meal, have everyone at the table answer this question: “What is something you learned after going through something hard?”

While on the go, ask your kid: “When is a time something started out bad but ended good?”

“God, please help us to trust You with our whole lives. Help us to remember You are in control and can use all things, even when things are challenging.”

Serving Together at Mobile Food Pantry

When children and youth come to the mobile food pantry, they are active participants in this ministry. They help welcome our neighbors, organize and distribute groceries, and serve alongside adults in caring for our community. One especially meaningful part is our Basket of Joy filled with toys and treats for children who come to receive food, a small reminder that kids can care for kids, and that everyone has a gift to offer.

Serving together as a family creates intentional intergenerational moments where children, youth, parents, and grandparents can experience what it means to be the church. We would love for your family to join us this summer as we love and serve our neighbors together!

Linda Sanchez
NCC Student Minister

Mobile Food Pantry takes places in the front lot of the church on the first four Tuesdays of every month between 11:30 am -1:30 pm.
