The final week of our Winter classes will be BADGE WEEK!

What is Badge Week?

At the end of the final class, coaches will select a player who best exemplified some of First Tee's character values throughout the session.

In our Age 4-6 classes, 4 players will receive a sticker for doing an outstanding job at one of the following: showing respect to themselves, showing respect to others, showing respect to their surroundings, and for being safe.

In our Age 7 & up classes, 5 players will receive a lapel pin for doing an outstanding job at one of our 5 key character commitments: pursuing goals, growing through challenges, collaborating with others, building positive self-identity, and using good judgment.

Players do not need to be present to win a badge; however, there will also be a golf skills badge (ages 7 & up) available for the player with the most total points in the golf activities during the final class.

We hope you all had a great time this session and we look forward to seeing you back in the Spring. Registration opens for our Spring session on Wednesday, March 22nd.

Share Your Appreciation Letters

We'd like to ask our participants and their families to draw pictures (for our younger players), write thank you cards, or letters of appreciation. They could bring them to their lead coach at practice to be collected, or they can mail it to Dad Miller (address below). This will be something simple you can do to show our volunteers an extra thank you for all the great work they do.

Mail to:

Weather

Wear

We'd like to remind our participants to dress for the cool weather. I know we tend to get a little cold once the sun goes down, so maybe bring an extra jacket or even some cozy gloves to stay warm. Layering is great option.

Water & Snack Donations

We accept water & snack donations at each location. We ask that the snacks are healthy and individually wrapped. Any amount is appreciated.
