GRADES 9-12
Audition for Catholic Young Adults: The Musical
Graduating Seniors and Alumni : Your theater talent is requested for “Catholic Young Adults: The Musical,” being performed at Saint Agnes in November!:

A group of Catholic YAs hears a rumor that their parish is closing. Can they rally together despite the chaos of their own dating novenas and lust for Latin to beat the odds and do what no one ever expected a band of millennials to do… save the parish? This new musical comedy distills the Catholic young adult subculture into an uncomfortably accurate, unexpectedly poignant, and reverently hilarious brew.

Fr. Kyle Kowalczyk and a team of local young adult Catholics are producing this show next fall. Auditions will be held for a cast of 15-20 (stipends provided for lead roles commensurate with experience). Others are sought for non-acting roles, including stage crew, box office, concessions, marketing, costumes/props, set construction, and more.

If you’ll be in the Twin Cities area next fall, this is a great way to keep your faith and your drama skills alive and well, in company with your fellow YA Catholics!

Auditions: Early September 2019
Rehearsals: September through November 2019
Performances: November 15-23, 2019 (at our Saint Agnes School, Helene Houle Auditorium)

To sign up for auditions or learn more, go to www.cyamusical.com . Please contact Production Manager Erika Zabinski for questions.
