Summer Mailing Correction: After School Care
Dear Parents,

An error was made in the first summer mailing . Please note that our After School Care fees will remain the same as last year (2018-19). Please see text below. Our apologies for the misprint!

AFTER SCHOOL CARE FEES
A general overview of the school’s After School Care program was included in the first Summer Mailing. All K-6 students that have not been picked up by 3:00 PM, except for those students involved in after-school sports and other pre-approved activities, will be charged a fee of $0.10 per minute per student between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM; this is a base rate of $6.00 per hour per student. Students not picked by 5:00 PM (or between 5:00 and 5:30 PM) will be assessed an additional late pick up charge of $10.00; after 5:30, an increased fee of $20 will be assessed. Based on the actual minutes logged in After School Care from the sign in / sign out system, a monthly bill will be added to each family’s TADS account on the 15th of each month. Note – the past maximum of $350 per quarter per family is being eliminated beginning with the 2018-19 school year. Please budget accordingly if you have multiple students in the After School Care Program. Any family experiencing financial hardship and needing assistance with covering the After School Care expense should contact our Business Administrator, Bob Collett .
