Admissions Update

Enrollment packets for the 2026-2027 school year are now available. Please take time now to complete reenrollment for next year through our online FACTS system. Completing reenrollment early allows us to complete staff hiring, course registration, scheduling, and budgeting for the 2026-2027 school year in a timely manner.

The following enrollment fees will be collected when you submit your student's enrollment. This is the only payment due at this time.

  • $350- Enrollment submitted by January 15th. (Early-bird Discount)
  • $375- Enrollment submitted after January 15th.

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access the FACTS Family Portal through your existing Gross Catholic login. FACTS logins from other schools do not work. Follow the directions below to start the process.

  • Go to the FACTS Family Portal login
  • If asked, Type gross-ne in the District Code box.
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link provided to recover that information.
  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact Ryan Larson at 402-734-2000 option 2 or larson@gcgmail.org.

The FACTS Grant & Aid application opened on November 1st. All families that plan to receive financial assistance for the 2026-2027 school year must complete the application by no later than February 1st, 2026. This application needs to be completed for Gross Catholic each year.

We encourage you to complete the application at your earliest convenience as we have moved up our financial aid review and awarding timeline. There is no need to wait on your 2025 tax return as we can use your 2024 return. If you anticipate a significant change from 2024 to 2025, please provide details in the notes section on the application. You can go back later and add the 2025 return if necessary.

We understand that Catholic education is a sacrifice and we thank you for entrusting us with your children. Your timely completion of the Grant & Aid application will allow the Tuition Assistance Committee to award financial aid by early spring. This will in turn help your family with planning for the 2026-2027 school year.

Please see the attached schedule for the week, noting the date for Parent Lunch, Tuesday 1/27/26. On this day, please join your student (s) for lunch. Be sure to pack lunch for yourself and your student(s) as there is not a lunch vendor that day. Lunch A runs from 11:05-11:30am. We still have spots left on our bus for Steubenville, but time is running out to get your deposit in! Please see the attached registration sheet and tentative schedule. Cougar Community

Facilities Director Departs after 11 years of Dedicated Service

Conde Groski has been dedicated to the Gross Catholic campus since 2014. As Facilities Director, he has worked to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our building and surrounding grounds, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Conde’s connection to Gross Catholic began through his long-standing membership in the St. Bernadette Men’s Club, where he has been active since 2004. Those relationships led him to this opportunity, one person in particular, Lloyd Mill. Conde shares, “Lloyd Mill told me about the position open here at Gross so I jumped at the chance. He is like a father to me and has taught me how to be a great man.”

Over his 11 years of service, Conde gave countless hours to the Gross Catholic community. Among the many highlights of his time here, he says the most rewarding was watching his two daughters attend and graduate from Gross Catholic. Please join the Cougar Community in expressing our gratitude to Conde Groski and wishing him all the best in the years ahead.
