Dear Cougar Family,

As we embrace the blessings of this Christmas season, I am reminded once again of the extraordinary generosity and faith-filled spirit that defines the Gross Catholic community. Your support strengthens our mission and ensures that our students continue to grow as scholars, leaders, and people of faith.

I write today to ask you to prayerfully consider making a gift to the Gross Catholic Dux Esto Fund before the end of the calendar year. Contributing before January 1 allows you to take full advantage of the current tax laws, maximizing the impact of your charitable giving while directly supporting our students and families.

Your generosity plays a vital role in our ability to serve all who seek a Gross Catholic education. Gifts to the Dux Esto Fund help bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of educating each student, and they allow us to continue offering financial assistance to families in need. Quite simply, your support ensures that no deserving student is turned away because of financial hardship.

As we continue moving forward in faith and mission, I remain deeply grateful for your

commitment to Gross Catholic and the legacy you help us build each day.

Thank you for considering a year-end gift. We will be praying for you and your family during this holy season.

With Blessings-

Stephen P. Eubanks

President

Admissions Update

Enrollment packets for the 2026-2027 school year are now available. Please take time now to complete reenrollment for next year through our online FACTS system. Completing reenrollment early allows us to complete staff hiring, course registration, scheduling, and budgeting for the 2026-2027 school year in a timely manner.

The following enrollment fees will be collected when you submit your student's enrollment. This is the only payment due at this time.

  • $350- Enrollment submitted by January 15th. (Early-bird Discount)
  • $375- Enrollment submitted after January 15th.

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access the FACTS Family Portal through your existing Gross Catholic login. FACTS logins from other schools do not work. Follow the directions below to start the process.

  • Go to the FACTS Family Portal login
  • If asked, Type gross-ne in the District Code box.
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link provided to recover that information.
  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact Ryan Larson at 402-734-2000 option 2 or larson@gcgmail.org.

The FACTS Grant & Aid application opened on November 1st. All families that plan to receive financial assistance for the 2026-2027 school year must complete the application by no later than February 1st, 2026. This application needs to be completed for Gross Catholic each year.

We encourage you to complete the application at your earliest convenience as we have moved up our financial aid review and awarding timeline. There is no need to wait on your 2025 tax return as we can use your 2024 return. If you anticipate a significant change from 2024 to 2025, please provide details in the notes section on the application. You can go back later and add the 2025 return if necessary.

We understand that Catholic education is a sacrifice and we thank you for entrusting us with your children. Your timely completion of the Grant & Aid application will allow the Tuition Assistance Committee to award financial aid by early spring. This will in turn help your family with planning for the 2026-2027 school year.

Catholic School Weeks January 26 - 30th

January will be here before we know it, and that means Catholic Schools Week is just around the corner. Not to sound corny, but Gross Catholic is udderly legen-dairy because your student is here!

Marianist Moments: Celebrating Advent

The Holy Family, is a beautiful example of family life. We look to them as a model for our own families, for they also shared struggles, joy, sorrow and the hustle and bustle of daily living. Too often we get caught up in the distractions of our daily lives and the sacred season of Advent is overlooked.

Gross Catholic's Marianist Mission Integration Team invites you and your family to take a little time during the weeks of Advent to encounter the wonder and awe of the anticipation of the coming of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ!

We hope you enjoy browsing through this site and are inspired to spend time together as a family finding ways to welcome the Holy Family into your home.
