Dual Enrollment Fees

The opportunity to earn college credit through dual enrollment while in high school has expanded in the past decade and Gross Catholic offers college credits in math, science, history, English, education, health, art and business. The cost of the credit, while much less than taking the class on campus, can still be difficult for many families.

A recent change in Title IV funding, federal money available to schools to benefit student learning, has opened the fund to use for dual enrollment fees. This year, Gross will use these funds to cover all dual enrollment fees for eligible students living in the OPS district. We understand this does not cover all of our dual enrollment students, therefore, we are working with other metro area districts to lobby for students to have access to these funds and remain hopeful that we can access funding for other dual enrolled students.

For Dual Enrollment, classes partnered with Metro are free this year for all students. Fees for UNO and College of St. Mary’s are $250 and $99 respectively for a 3 credit hour class. We are still working out the payment details with UNO and College of St. Mary’s, so details will be available in your child’s dual enrollment course from their instructor when enrollment begins.

We are excited to make this opportunity available to all students!

G.C. Theatre

CUR8 - G.C. Theatre Projects

If you want to Sponsor G.C. Theatre for the 2024/25 season, please use the link above! With a sponsorship Flexpass-- you'll automatically receive an individualized code to use for free ticket vouchers throughout the year. This will cut out the middleman and allow online payments. Each Flexpass is a different sponsorship gift amount: Grand Patron: $100, Bronze: $150, Silver: $200, Gold: $250, Platinum: $500, Diamond: $1,000. When you select the Flexpass, it will tell you how many ticket vouchers you will receive with each Flexpass. Throughout the season you can reserve your own seats through the same Cur8 link above and include your Flexpass code to pay $0 for as many seats as you have vouchers for. The software will automatically keep track. Using a Flexpass removes all regular ticket fees. You can always select more than 1 Flexpass. (Flexpasses are the only "tickets" without fees). If you choose to be a Diamond Sponsor, Mrs. Power will reach out for your included full page ad for the playbills for each production this season. The amount of vouchers you recieve are for the full year (both productions) so you can choose which shows and how many tickets for each production you'd like to use your vouchers for.

With this new ticket software, patrons will be able to download tickets into their phone wallets and access all show information and sponsorship information throughout the season. Share this link with anyone who wants to be a sponsor or buy tickets throughout the year!

We will also be having open auditions for children up to 8th grade for the Raccoon/Footman and Fox/Driver in Cinderella this spring. These can be any gender. We are asking for gymnasts as the characters call for stunts and dancing. These are none speaking/singing roles. Auditions are December 2nd at 6pm and we are asking for a prepared short trick combination-- showcasing their best stunts. Gross Catholic High schoolers are also welcome to audition for these roles but must be able to stunt.
