Forest Hills Elementary 5th grade Key class participated in a year-long Stock Market Game. Students research investment options and collaborated to manage a virtual portfolio of $100,000 earning more than a 22 percent return. Coached by Jared Johnson, team members Ibrahim Ahmad, Julian Bailey-Castaneda, Gabe Brandt,Dylan Dreher, Liam Hedges Ortiz andCaleb Holloway fielded three teams and ranked 3rd, 4th and 8th in a field of 147 competitors in Minnesota.

If your student needs help with a distance learning assignment help is here. Parents can call the Assignment Assistance Line at 952-975-7140 or 952-975-7144, and for Spanish call 952-975-7146. Your request will be immediately sent to an Assignment Assistant who will call the student. The session may progress to a video meeting if necessary. With distance learning continuing through the end of the school year, our plans for meal distribution have been updated. Please check the
meal plan details flyer for dates, times and locations. Meals are available at no cost to all Eden Prairie children 18 and under as well as all students enrolled in TASSEL. Families do not need to have a financial need to qualify. If you are in a position to donate to others, please contact

Juniors and Seniors Invited to Apply to City of Eden Prairie Commissions
Now through Friday, May 29, the City of Eden Prairie is accepting Students on Commissions program applications for the 2020-2021 school year. The program is open to any high school junior or senior who lives in Eden Prairie. The Students on Commissions program is a great way for students to contribute to their community in an official capacity, while gaining valuable insight about municipal government. Student commission member terms begin in September and end in May, with an expected time commitment of one evening meeting per month. Learn more and apply at edenprairie.org/StudentApp.
