Troubleshooting Tip: Clearing your Cache
Clearing your browser cache is a quick and easy way to make sure you are accessing the most updated version of a webpage, like Schoology.
In the Chrome Browser:
- Click on “History”
- Click “Show Full History"
- Click “Clear Browsing Data”
- Check the box next to “Cached images and files”
- Click “Clear Data”
In the Safari Browser (iPad):
- Go to device Settings
- Tap on Safari
- Tap “Clear History and Website Data”
Note: Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information or remove your saved logins.
