  • National Scholastic Press Association has inducted approximately 1,300 high-school scholars and student journalists into its 2020 Journalism Honor Roll. EPHS senior Sydney Lewis and sophomore Katherine Kregness were honored.

Join Us Today: Final Zoom School Start Times Community Meeting
Eden Prairie Schools continues to gather input on school start/end times. The final community input session will be held via Zoom at 5 p.m. today. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear a panel discussion with Chad Eiken, President of the Minnesota Sleep Society; Tom Bauman, Activities Director, Buffalo High School; and Jaime Sherwood, Director of Activities and Athletics, Wayzata Schools. Registration is required  here . Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation from Zoom. Following the May meeting, the Start Times Task Force will review and analyze input from all community sessions, available literature and information from other districts. Findings and recommendations will be made to the School Board in September.
We're Ready to Help Your Student with Distance Learning Assignments
If your K - 8 student needs help with a distance learning assignment, knowledgeable members of the Eden Prairie Schools family are ready to help. Just call the Assignment Assistance Line at 952-975-7140 or 952-975-7144, and for Spanish call 952-975-7146. Your request will be immediately sent to an Assignment Assistant who will call the student. The session may move to a video meeting if necessary. Assistance hours are Monday through Thursday, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. For a printable flyer, click  here .
Free Grab-and-Go Meal Distribution Continues Through June 8
All children 18 and under who live in Eden Prairie, and TASSEL students, can receive free meals from Eden Prairie Schools. No financial need or documentation required. Meal pick-up continues every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through the end of the school year with the exception of Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day; extra meals will be provided on Friday, May 22). For those who need more food during this time, additional non-perishables are available on Fridays as supplies allow, and  PROP  is open to support you.
