Carolyn Baldwin is a South Jersey 5th grade teacher and mother of three children with Tourette Syndrome. Since 2011, Mrs. Baldwin and her family have been volunteering with NJCTS to publicly advocate for children with TS, speaking to local, state, and federal representatives. After spending years advocating for her children, Mrs. Baldwin, with the help of NJCTS, encouraged her children to advocate for themselves. Along with her husband and children, Mrs. Baldwin facilitates the NJCTS TS Families of South Jersey, an online support group for families living with Tourette Syndrome.
