Parent/Teacher Conference Sign Up
Hi TJA Parents,

Parent Teacher Conferences for Early Childhood through 11th Grade will take place Thursday, Feb. 16th from 12pm-8pm.

There will be no school for students on Thur., Feb. 16th for Early Childhood through 11th grade. Students will have ample home learning work on Feb. 16th. This work will be assigned by students' individual teachers.

Please click on the link(s) below that pertain to your child's grade/class and reserve your time to meet with a teacher(s). Please note that there will be no last-minute appointments the day of parent/teacher conferences. Parents, please sign up using your last name of your child (not the maiden name) in order that our teachers can recognize the family/student.

Parent Teacher Conferences will take place over zoom.

Next to each sign up link, you can find the zoom link for each teacher. Please save this message to click into the appropriate Zoom link on Feb. 16th at the appropriate time. Parents who enter early may be placed in the waitlist.

Please be sure to write down the times you sign up for and to place it into your personal calendar.

Once you click the sign up link(s) above, you will be asked to check the time that you would like to meet.

Parents may only sign up for one 20 minute slot per teacher on Parent Teacher Conference Day. Please do not sign up for multiple time slots for one teacher. If you interested in an additional meeting with your child's teacher, you may request this during your 20 minute meeting.
