Dear SAA-SDS Families,
On Friday, October 23, we will hold parent-teacher conferences from 7:45 a.m. until 3:30 p.m in person on campus. There will be no school on this day for students in grades PK2– 8.
Please use the links below to sign up for a time slot that works best for your schedule.
Each link is organized by the school division: St. Agnes Academy Lower School (K-6th), St. Dominic School (K-6th), and SAA-SDS Junior High by grade level. Once you have selected the school division, choose your child’s teacher to access the available time slots. If you have any trouble with the sign-up process, please contact our School Counselors, Britney Dedmon (SAA) at bdedmon@saa-sds.org or Talia Riem (SDS) at triem@saa-sds.org. Please note, ECC teachers will reach out to parents to schedule their meetings.
St. Agnes Academy Lower School (K-6th)
St. Dominic School for Boys (K-6th)
SAA-SDS Junior High - 7th Grade
SAA-SDS Junior High - 8th Grade
If you would like to speak to your child’s Co-Curricular teacher (Science, Spanish, Art, etc.), please reach out to that educator directly to coordinate a time to meet. Like Lower School educators, all Co-Curricular teachers will be on campus working in their classrooms throughout the day and will be available to meet upon request.
While Lower School conferences will be held in the classroom, Junior High conferences will be held in the Davis Gym and parents will sign-up for a 1-hour time block. The 1-hour time slot will allow families to meet with their children's teachers in one location. Junior High educators will be set up at various tables in the gym. During the 1-hour time block for which a family signs up, parents may conference at each teacher's table as each becomes available. Individual conversations are limited to no more than 10 minutes on this day, and follow up meetings can always be scheduled to continue any conversations as needed.
To ensure we address any questions or concerns that you might have at this point in the year, please also use the "comment" option under your time slot selection to include anything that you would like to discuss at conferences.
If you're unavailable on October 23rd, please remember that you can schedule a meeting with a teacher at any point throughout the year. We are always willing to meet with you, discuss your child’s progress, and partner together moving forward. The value of a dedicated day for conferences is to allow the faculty to block off time without classes to focus on meeting with parents.
We look forward to seeing you all on Friday, October 23!
