Adding to Your Toolbox: Resources to Support Child/Youth and Caregiver Well-Being- In this session, participants will learn about the role of co-regulation in relationships and identify individual well-being practices that enable one to engage with children/youth and adults more effectively. Resources and tools to support individual implementation of well-being practices will be shared.
Families and transition age youth are invited to join we explore person-centered planning and learn about the transition process, Vocational Rehabilitation services, Independent Living Centers, Medicaid waivers and so much more. Families and youth will leave with a plan outlining next steps for their transition from high school to adult life. Register
