Parents,

In an effort to keep our families informed as much as possible, we wanted to update you after the latest press conference by our governor. At this time Bishop Watterson will maintain our normal daily schedule. The COVID-19 pandemic, which has now entered Ohio, is unprecedented and changing rapidly and as such we will continue to monitor official information.

While Governor DeWine announced today that, for the time being, K-12 schools remain open, we are making plans for remote learning so that we are prepared in the event that schools are directed in the near future to cease in-person classroom learning.

Our biggest concern is for the health and welfare of our students, staff and families as well as the most vulnerable in society. For the health and well-being of all in our community we expect all students and staff who are ill to stay at home. We also encourage vigilance in regards to hand washing and cleanliness and request the courtesy of notification if any members of your family are being tested for the virus.

At this link you will find a letter from the Superintendent of Catholic Schools regarding the COVID-19 virus.

To learn more about COVID-19 prevention, please visit the Centers for Disease Control or the Ohio Department of Health .

Thank you for your support as we work our way through this unique chapter in our history. Please pray for the ill and a speedy resolution to the pandemic.
